4. Elite – Level D

The Elite Level is designed for individuals who are interested in a program that encompasses a 6 day per week program, with 2 exercise groupings per day. Still, the commitment is only 20-30 minutes per day and incorporates a selection of flexibility, strength and aerobic activities.
